Clicking on the link below will take you to our registration Web site. This site contains information regarding conference fees and support contacts, as well as additional information on conference logistics. Please feel free to browse and familiarize yourself with all the informative material prior to registering. On each of the pages in the information site is a button that will initiate the actual online registration process.

The conference registration fee of $300.00 will cover the cost of the facilities, breaks, Wednesday's field trip, and the Conference Proceedings which will be distributed post-conference as a CD and also be made available online. CUAHSI will sponser 50% of the registration costs for a limited number of students.

Cancellations received by 31 July 2008 will be refunded 100% of the registration fees received, less an administrative fee of $50.00. No refunds for cancellations received after 31 July 2008 will be provided.
